Free PDF download here from Scratch Cradle’s Google Docs (Updated link)
I took some time during my winter break to finally finish Scratch Cradle’s Guide to Incubation! Like the Chicken Expenses spreadsheet, this is simply a PDF that I have made available on my Google Docs account. Click the link above and then “download” in the upper right-hand corner of the Google Docs screen. (The images below are screen shots; the PDF is clear.)
Although I am fairly new to hatching myself, I am a fervent researcher. I wrote this guide for beginners, including the answers to all of the questions I had when starting out. I wrote the guide because I love to write, and I am sharing it in the hopes that someone may find it useful!
The guide contains a few charts which might be useful to hatchers, including a hatch calendar, candling calendar, and the combined calendar below. I had lots of fun writing the guide, and I hope you enjoy reading it!

What a fantastic reference! It’s easy to read and very clear. Thank you so much!!
This is excellent. I’m getting my incubator ready for eggs that are arriving this week. Thanks for the great info. I really appreciated the “Test Incubation and Setup” Very timely.
Great! I’m glad it’s useful. Are your EO eggs arriving this week? That is exciting!

I absolutely love it! It takes a special person to take the time to do something like this for people to use! Random question though, have you heard of the Augusta County Permaculture Guild? It sounds like something right up your alley, and they are on facebook.
